Tuna-Cashew Salad

Another Tuesday, another recipe.  This a quick easy variation on Plain Tuna Salad.

1 Large can Tuna (12 1/2 oz)
1 Cup Celery (finely chopped)
1 Cup sliced Ripe Olives
1 Small Onion diced
2 Medium Carrots grated
1 Cup of Real Mayonaise

Mix together.  This can be done ahead of time.

Then just before serving, stir in:

1 Cup Cashews
1 Cup Chop Suey Noodles

I like to serve it in Pita Bread.
